Chef Beksultan Kolbaev, who has worked for years in many well-known Moscow restaurants, is responsible for the Traditional Japanese cuisine. Our team cooks traditional Japanese and Asian dishes from fresh ingredients in front of the guests: traditional sushi and rolls, modern temaki (handrolls) and gunkans (spicy rolls) from chilled fish which we get specifically for our restaurant from Japan and Far East; some types of fish are being brought from Faroes islands and Sri Lanka.
House speciality are unique rolls from our chef.
Other menu positions include several types of noodles in a wok, the most popular being rice noodles Pad Tai (well-known in Thailand) and Singapore noodles, accompanied by the freshest vegetables, seafood and meat.
As for deep fried dishes: shrimps with wasabi sauce, Ebi Tempura (batter shrimps with sweet-and-sour dressing), Fritto Misto (deep fried vegetables and seafood with original sauce), etc.
The menu will also include special fish dishes prepared by the chef in front of the guests; seasonal dishes from rare fish, brought especially for our guests.
Beverages include traditional European and Japanese refreshments.
